REGULATIONS FOR SHIPPING LAMPS FOR REPAIR
1. Spotlights for repair should be shipped separately: one lamp in one box, two lamps in two separate boxes. Do not glue or join two boxes together!
2. The box must be made of hard cardboard and have a regular shape, e.g., rectangular.
3. The box must be larger than the lamp; after placing the spotlight in the box, there should be at least 5 cm of clearance on all sides!
4. The lamp should be carefully packed, filling any empty spaces with foil, paper, or Styrofoam, preferably from household appliances, to prevent it from shifting within the box.
5. If the spotlight arrives damaged, this is a matter between the sender and the courier company; we can only send photos of the damage.
6. Inside the box, along with the lamp, there must be a legible A4-sized sheet of paper with the serial number. Phone number, email. A detailed description of what needs to be repaired, the price agreed upon over the phone, and the preferred payment method? Bank transfer, BLIK, cash on delivery, VAT invoice, or standard receipt. Without a note explaining what needs to be repaired and who it came from, the repair won't begin! The spotlight will be waiting!
7. If the lamp arrives in a box that cannot be returned (a box glued together from pieces of cardboard, too small, or two lamps inside), an additional €20 will be charged for one new box and filling.
8. The repair requester covers the shipping costs; for example, one box with cash on delivery costs about €30.
9. By sending us the lamps, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions.
